i went to the kapahulu zippys, and i must say that i recieved the best help there than any other zippys location. Asst. manager Chris Ohta gives out everything a manager should. Smile, very polite with the aloha spirit, he was very informative, with great a recommendation style. he even took the time to thank us as we were leaving, and with all the commotion, he maintained his friendly smile. :D :D

I would have to agree with that post about bad service at Mcully. Especially the take out counter. The last few visits I made there left a bad taste in my mouth...and I'm not talking about the food.

Dear “da Truth”,
We sincerely apologize for the lack of service you experienced at those locations. In an effort to improve our service level, could you please provide us with more information as to why our service is not up to par? We would like to forward the information to the respective store managers to give them the opportunity to follow up with your concerns.

Sir,
The experience that I referred to occured several months ago. These occurrances took place during the night sometime about 10:00 or 11:00 pm at the take out counter. The person taking my order was a local female, possibly in her 50's with some grey hair, wears glasses and is somewhat heavy set, but not obese. This same thing happened on three occassions and involved the same employee. I don't know if she still works there because I have not been back there since. On each of the three occasions, I had to repeat my order to this person several times and it was not a comlpicated order that included no more than 5 items. After she took my order, she still got the order wrong and I had to go back to the register and pay the difference for the item(s) I did not receive. Therefore, these mistakes added to the overall time that I had to wait for the order because of the additional time needed to prepare it. On each occassion, a Manager came to assist the counterperson in making the correction and apologized for the trouble.
If this employee is still there, I'm sure she should be much more capapble by now. Perhaps she just needs more training in multi-tasking.
