Commercial with Street Hockey Player Hitting is head

Is anyone besides me bothered by the Zippy's commericial where the boy playing street hockey falls and violently hits his head on the pavement in a very possible concussiion situation. The commecial has been on for several years and is supposedly for benefit programs.
I've always found it disturbing, I've tried to think of why that segment is needed (serves no positive purpose, but in sports where concussions are not good situation). I wonder if anyone has complained before?
