Chopsticks

Every time I order a saimin, they always give me a fork. Come on, I always eat saimin with chopsticks. Why do I always have to ask for a chopstick instead? I figured that because I am Filipino they think I don't know how to use chopsticks. Doesn't it make common sense we live in Hawaii that most of us use chopsticks to eat saimin here. If they don't automatically give chopsticks when ordering saimin, what meals are they giving it to? My suggestion would just give the chopstick and no hassle.

Good morning, jcabebe, and thank you for your feedback.
In order to assure that we are providing excellent customer service, Zippy's counter staff are prompted to ask customers when ordering saimin if they would like to have a chopstick or fork. We prefer not to assume that everyone eats saimin with chopsticks.

However, it appears that at your time of order, you were not even asked which utensil you prefer. Do you know which location and at what time your recent experiences have happened? We would like to follow up with that location.

Thank you for your time,

Jay
