cold food/ manager's response.
O nmay 8 , I visited Waimalu Zippy's and ordered beef stew, drove to Kam swap meet (2 traffic lights away) to have dinner with my friend. To my disappointment the food was barely luke warm and had to be microwaved. When I visited there again on may 15 I expressed my concern to Gary the manager. He didn't seem very concerned, unapologetic and asked me to call the office. I didn't think Zippy's a successful resturant wound have such an incompetanat manager as he.
