Aloha and I welcome Zippy's to Maui. Granted the restaurant is new and the staff was up to par, I was a little disappointed with the food. The fried chicken was overcooked and the mac salad was not your typical Zippy's salad. In the near future, I'll definitely will eat at Zippy's again.... on Oahu. I'll let a few months go by before I step into the Kahului restaurant. By then, I hope the quality will be as I expect. Don't take this comment as a negative. Work with it and improve. Good Luck.
