Kaneohe Zippy's
We went in to the Kaneohe Zippy's tonight at about 6:15pm (the one by the mall) and will NEVER go back there again. We waited for 20 minutes, with our menus on our table, and not a single person stopped by to help us. As soon as we sat down, I chose what my son and I would eat, then I focused on just keeping him occupied and quiet while we waited. I did not even realize how long we waited until I asked my husband for the time - he showed me his watch, it was 6:40pm already! We decided to get up and leave, stopping by to let the hostess know we were never waited on. If my son was not with us, we would have taken the time to speak with the manager about it, but I needed to get my son fed already. Sad thing is, we rarely go out to eat and my son was being soooooo good in there (he's only 2 1/2 so it can be challenging).
I'm extremely disappointed. I know it probably won't mean much to lose one family as customers, especially since that restaurant seems to be doing well. But I'm really upset and needed to vent. It really sucks to be ignored in a restaurant. |
