Nimitz Zippys
My family and I wanted to try out the Nimitz Zippys because they had just renovated. Arrived there about 7:00 pm tonight. We were sat down pretty fast, but after that, it took over 20 minutes before someone came to our table. Celia just asked us "you no more menus yet?" She gave us menus and came back in about a minute and asked us if we were ready to order. Naturally, we weren't ready after only been given the menus for only a minute. We asked for a couple more minutes. She didn't come back for 20 minutes. After taking our order, the food took almost a half an hour to come. Our server wasn't very keen on filling our waters either. We had to keep asking for water. Is the service always this slow here? We usually go to the Dillingham location and it never takes that long.

Thank you for your inquiry, R D.
I have asked my swing manager to look into this incident. It is not reflective of the type of service standards we strive for and expect from our staff. We will continue to work with our staff to improve on our Customer Service skills. We deeply regret that your party left with a bad experience, and we gladly invite you back, at your convenience. We want a chance to redeem ourselves. We are not only in the food business, but in the people business as well. We take great pride in welcoming everyone to our establishment in hopes we may enhance their time with us. The camaraderie and spirit that our employees convey is part of an intangible reason why so many of our patrons patronize us. We want to be your store of choice. We look forward in seeing you again. Thank you for your time, Jay |
