Ran Out of Another New Item...
Good day everyone!
My wife and I had dinner at the Kahala Zippy's sometime earlier this week, either on Monday or Tuesday. My wife had the special, a chicken plate with some kind of mushroom or creamy sauce, while I ordered a burrito with chili. The food and service was fine. Then we ordered a new item on the menu, the banana's foster dessert. But, the waiter said that they had run out of the sauce that comes with the banana foster dessert . We just laughed . We then ordered our favorite, the fried banana delight. I am not sure why but if an item had run out earlier, Zippy's should have discarded the bananas foster dessert from the menu. There was just a card to show the dessert. I hope one day soon, when we order something, the waiter or waitress doesn't tell us that we are all out of that particular item . We like coming to Zippy's. That is why we dine there so often but something has to be done about the inventory. I just thought that you should know about this episode. Thanks for hearing me out!
