running out of special items

Hello,
I can't understand why the Kailua Zippy's always runs out of beef tomato and chop steak by 6P.M. This has happened for the last four weeks. I would think that the Manager would try to get a bigger supply of these menu items instead of always running out by 5 P.M. or 6 P.M.
If anyone can tell me why, I would I'd really like to know. I eat out a lot and don't usually order my dinner until around 6:30 or & P.M.. Believe it or not I really look forward to eating the beef tomato. I think Zippy's makes it the best!!

Running out of product is definitely NOT the type of service we would like to provide our customers with.
