What do you think of our New Rotating Specials Menu??

Aloha Everyone!

In the past, we offered different specials for each day. We are now implementing a new specials menu, where the specials for that particular day will remain the same. For example, each Monday will have one set of specials, every Tuesday will have another set of specials, and so on, so forth.

We would like your feedback regarding this new format. Please click on the link below to view the new weekly specials menu:

Mahalo for your input, and remember, make your Next Stop Zippy's!

NEW WEEKLY MENU

This just might work well. At first glance I thought the menu was going to change every week which would have been a problem for me since I pick up meals regularly for my father.

How often will the menu be revamped?

Hi "FlyingHawaiian",
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our new weekly specials menu. To answer your question, we will collect customer feedback and review the weekly menu on a quarterly basis. Therefore, if you have any suggestions, please feel free to pass it along to us so it can be included in our quarterly review.

It's okay, but I only eat 3 of the things on it. Any chance I can get the Roast Beef plate moved to a day different than the Kalua Pig or Pork Chop plates? That way there will be 3 days I can eat one of your specials instead of only 2 days.

New Zippys Weekly Specials Menu

I'm disappointed that the cream of mushroom soup is not on the daily menu specials. I look forward to the days that the cream of mushroom soup is served. Does that mean that it will never be on the menu again? I think your cream of mushroom soup is the "bomb". Please bring it back or if possible, offer it on a daily basis. Thanks!

Hi "Akira808",
The soups that were selected on the weekly menu was based on food counts. The Cream of Mushroom and Chicken Tortilla had the lowest counts, thus being eliminated from the weekly specials. However, with enough response as yours, there is a chance we could add it back to the specials when we have our quarterly menu review. Thank you for the feedback!

Re: What do you think of our New Rotating Specials Menu??

I don't like the new set schedule for the specials menu at all!

While the fixed schedule is easier to keep track of, the rotating version allows for more variety... say what if one likes Kalua Pig & Cabbage, but cannot make it to Zippy's on Saturdays?

Please, reconsider the schedule... or at the very least, offer the specials on more than one day of the week.

My wife and I think the new menus work just fine. Now we know exactly what will be available on any given day of the week. We too, however, also miss the cream of mushroom soup. Please reconsider?

Re: What do you think of our New Rotating Specials Menu??

Hi CarmenG,
We appreciate your feedback of our new rotating specials menu and will forward it to our menu planning committee for consideration. In the meantime, you could call the individual locations for their Manager's Special that day. There may be a possibility your favorite special will be served that day.
