I used to be able to order chili half and half. I would order the barrel half with bean and half with no bean, and this mixture was perfect for us as we always felt there was an overload of beans in the original. But now the restaurants won't allow me to order it this way. Why not?

Do you know which store location that this occurred? For large bulk orders of chili, like a barrel of chili, we are able to accommodate such a request. We would like to follow up with the store location and ensure that the proper procedure is ensured with the staff.
