Chili Cheese Fries

Hi,
Long time lurker, first time poster.

The first time I ordered the chili cheese fries, the cashier said that I could get it with vegetarian chili. So that's what I ordered, and that's what it said on the receipt- "VEG CHILI", but when I got home, that's not what I got.

So I gave it another try and ordered it a second time, and same thing.

And a third time yesterday.

Can I or can I not get it with vegetarian chili?

Thank you for your feedback. In order to serve you better, do you know which location these incidents have occurred, and at what time? Our normal procedure is for our counterpersons to check and repeat your order before handing it out to you. It is unfortunate to hear that your order has been incorrect three times that you have been at our operations. We would love to follow up with that location with your assistance.

I believe all 3 were Kapolei, and around noon

Thank you! I do want to try again because it's so good (and carbs! LOL) crossing fingers they get it right from now on!

Gave them the 4th and final chance to get it right today, and they didn't.

I'm not trying again.
