I sold alot of Saimin Salads since putting it on the menu...A great addition to the Salads menu....Customers have a very positive reaction to this item....Its a cool, refreshing item to eat, especially on a hot day when you are ono for saimin, but its too hot outside for hot Saimin or fried noodles.....

That's too bad; perhaps Zippy's could introduce a "salad of the week" which could be made using salad greens and other items already on the Zippy's menu such as Korean Fried Chicken or grilled fish or chicken. You could add different toppings and vegetables to the salads so people don't get tired of the same old thing. I actually think the dressings don't have to be salad specific (like an oriental style dressing for a Korean Fried Chicken salad), but could be what people like everday, like ranch and thousand island.
