While we encourage our customers to be a fan of Zippy's in either social network (Myspace/Facebook), those that do not choose to participate, can still take advantage of current promotions provided that they have a valid coupon; either from friends or family members that are.

If becoming a Zippy's "fan" requiring social networking is necessary in order to get discount coupons, then I guess you can count me out. I have better things to do, and among them will be visiting Zippy's far less frequently.

Good afternoon CATMANDO,

Based on feedback from our other customers, we were distributing our online coupons from our own website as well, without being required to sign up for a Facebook, or Myspace account. This started in September of this year, and although at this time of the year we are not offering any coupons currently, we will probably continue to do so on our website in the new year.

Although you don't have to sign up with these Social networking sites to get the coupon, I would encourage you to give it a try, as sometimes Zippy's may notify our fans and friends on such networks on upcoming promotions and offers as well, and may do other things exclusively for those networks.

I'm glad to see that your weekly coupons are back on your website! I'm headed to Zippy's tomorrow to get my chili with rice.
