Do we list employees names/locations?

When an incident happens are we to post the the specifics such as the employees name and the location? or is there something else to do? Let's say the employee is preparing food in the customers view and is not wearing gloves, stops and waits on customers, does not wash her hands, touches her hair, rubs her nose (has a cold) and then goes back to the food she was preparing. I don't know if it is appropriate to mention a name. Thanks.

Official Response from: M. Salavea (Customer Service Specialist)

Hello onehawyntutu,

It would be best if you inform the manager on duty at the time of the incident or if you prefer, you may give the Customer Service Dept. a call with the Zippy's location, Name of Employee and Time of Incident. Store Manager will then address the problem.

We would prefer that names not be mentioned on the Forum.

Thank you for you consideration and compassion.

-Customer Service
