Aloha herb70,

Thank you for using our forum to provide us with valuable feedback! In regards to your concern about employees not speaking English, our Director of Human Resources wants to assure you that it is our desire to provide a safe and respectful workplace for all employees, thus only English may be used to speak with other employees during work time. Other languages should only be used with customers in the performance of customer service-oriented functions. Since this was not the case, we appreciate
you calling the situation to our attention and we will follow up with the McCully managers to remind all employees about this.

We sincerely apologize if this situation made you feel uncomfortable.
