The Return of the "Original" Chocolate Yeast Donut!

Aloha Hawaii! Once again, the people have spoken and we listened! Throughout the month of May, we are bringing back the "original" chocolate yeast donut!

We will be offering both the “original” and the "newer" chocolate yeast donut. During this time, we will be keeping track of which donut you like better based on sales. This is the time where your purchase really matters!

Whether you like the original one with the rich, gooey, chocolate center, or the new one that's dipped in chocolate, let us know by visiting your nearest Napoleon's Bakery today!

Don't forget to see our "Question of the Month for May" in the "What's Happening" section and vote for your favorite donut!

The key element of the original chocolate yeast donut is the blob of chocolate frosting in the middle. The other chocolate covered donut just isn't as satisfying because the chocolate coating is too waxy-tasting and blah, nothing special compared to the rich, supersweet blob of chocolate frosting that you try to eat evenly so you get a bite of the frosting with each bite of donut.

Do we really have to visit the restaraunt and are we forced to patronize or can we just vote here? If so how do we do that?

Aloha everyone,

Looks like all of you who absolutely LOVE the "original" donut (with the chocolate center) are really proving that you do so. Our bakery clerks have reported that they've been selling out of the original donut on a consistent basis. We may just have to keep it around longer....
