Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped within three (3) to five (5) business day, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and are shipped via certified mail w/signature required.
During the holidays, shipments may be delayed by a few days due to a high volume of orders. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
A flat rate shipping of $6 for all combined orders under 2 lbs and $10 for all combined orders above 2 lbs. Free shipping for all orders over $100. Shipping rates my change at anytime without notice.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All items are all-sales final. No returns accepted.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
What if I want my package to arrive on a specific date?
We can't guarantee that a package will arrive on a specific date but we are happy to adjust your shipping date to get as close as possible to a specific arrival time.
Why is my order shipping next week?
Depending on when in the week you place the order, it may seem like it takes a little while because your order will be placed into the following week's shipment, but you can always request to pick up your order versus shipping it during the checkout process.
