        Domestic Shipping:

        Orders are shipped within three (3) to ten (10) business day, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Some items are made to order, are unavailable for pickup, and these items are noted in their product description. Made to order items help to reduce waste from conventional manufacturing. Most made to order items are shipped and delivered to you within 7-12 business days while some may take longer (up to 20 days depending on where they are made (e.g. China, United Kingdom, etc) and where they are being shipped to.

        Due to the holiday rush and high demand, please expect delays in processing and delivering of your order. Items may ship in multiple packages as they are being shipped as soon as they are processed. We appreciate your patience while we work to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

        International shipping:

        We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

        We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS and UPS

        Order Tracking

        If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Items may ship in multiple packages as they are being shipped as soon as they are processed. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

        Shipping Rates

        A flat rate shipping of $9 for all combined orders under 2 lbs and $13 for all combined orders above 2 lbs. Free shipping for all orders over $100. Shipping rates my change at anytime without notice.

        Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)

        Credit Card Charges

        Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

        Returns

        All items are all-sales final.  No returns accepted. No refunds. 

        Exchanges

        We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customersupport@zippys.com.

        FAQ

        What if I want my package to arrive on a specific date?

        We can't guarantee that a package will arrive on a specific date and we are unable to control how quickly shipping carries can delivery your orders, but we are happy to adjust your shipping date to get as close as possible to a specific arrival time.

        What if I want to cancel my order?

        Orders cannot be cancelled once an item has entered production. All sales are final.

        Why is my order shipping next week?

        Depending on when in the week you place the order, it may seem like it takes a little while because your order will be placed into the following week's shipment, but you can always request to pick up orders versus shipping it during the checkout process.
