Zippy's X Kahala

This collaboration, available for sale starting April 14, brings together Kahala and Zippy’s — a Hawai‘i icon founded in 1966 by brothers Francis and Charles Higa. What began as a small, family-owned neighborhood restaurant has grown into more than 23 locations across the islands. The artwork pulls from those familiar favorites and translates them into a playful reverse print that feels instantly recognizable — easy, local, and a little nostalgic. In a chop suey–style composition, illustrated plates are mixed with everyday greetings like “howzit?!” and “shoots!” capturing the spirit of Hawai‘i comfort food and community. Offered in Island Green and Navy, each shirt is made in Hawai‘i from 100% Cotton Broadcloth and finished in Kahala’s signature style.
